God’s Perfect Timing

Overnight Oats

Breakfast today was overnight muesli with lactose-free milk. This food is one of my go-to breakfast when I’m too lazy to prepare food for myself or there’s just no food anymore. Today’s devotion was about God’s perfect timing. A lot of us may think that sometimes God might be forgetting us because it seems like our prayers are not answered or everything is just out of hand. We are wrong to think that and blame God. If we fully entrust our lives to Him, these trials and challenges will just be stepping stones to where He plans us to be. A good example I have thought about for this is my father’s own life story. He was set on becoming an engineer but God led him to a different path and changed His life. Along with the death of his mother, He found himself in God’s arms. He became a Bible school student and not long after became a pastor/preacher/teacher. This goes to show that even through trying times, God’s unending grace will be upon us when we trust Him with our hearts.
